bike ride and ice cream!

My cousin Andrew, Sarah and I went for a nice bike ride today.
We went around town and then rewarded ourselves for all that hard work by stopping at a yogurt shop that just recently opened up.

It's called Tutti Frutti, and basically how it works is it is a self serve frozen yogurt shop. You get to choose how much frozen yogurt you can chow down and in what flavors.

After choosing toppings and caramel or chocolate sauces to drizzle on top, they weigh your cup (so they know how much to charge) and then it's munchie time.

So yes, I am definitely going on more bike rides from now on :]

"Courage is almost a contradiction in terms. It means a strong desire to live taking the form of a readiness to die. 'He that will lose his life, the same shall save it,' is not a piece of mysticism for saints and heroes. It is a piece of everyday advice for sailors or mountaineers. It might be printed in an Alpine guide or a drill book. The paradox is the whole principle of courage, even of quite earthly or quite brutal courage.
